About the Institution
Moti Mahal College of Hotel Management has been providing professional training in hospitality and tourism industry since 1992, located in Mangalore, Karnataka; offers internationally recognized 4 Years Bachelors degree in Hotel Management which is affiliated to Mangalore University, approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, New Delhi, recognised by Government of Karnataka and NAAC accredited. The college was established by the well-known industrialist and philanthropist, Dr. A. J. Shetty, under Laxmi Memorial Education Trust (R). During the last one and half decade of its functioning, The Trust has been successful in establishing a multi-campus network of medical, paramedical, engineering and management education institutions, all of which enjoy a high reputation well known for their academic excellence, discipline and conducive academic environment.

About Our Consultancy
We have established a consultancy cell where services are offered to various hotels, resorts and restaurants within the city and surrounding areas. Consultancy services are offered in areas such as on-site staff training, staff grooming, facilities planning and layout, menu engineering and interior designing etc. We have a proud history of being attached to a three star hotel, Hotel Moti Mahal. Our laboratories (Training Kitchen, Training Restaurant, Mock Bar, Bakery, Housekeeping Lab, Front Office Lab, and Language Lab) are used for imparting the training.
Our philosophy all along has been that we are in the experience industry, making sure our customers have the right experience. We have a very good team of trainers to do this. A Team works on all levels of staff right from the managers to the new staff. Our Staff has several years of experience in the industry and has worked at the top hotels in India & Abroad.
